The Ingredients needed
- Flour
- Butter
- Egg
- Sugar
- Baking powder
- Salt
- Irish potatoes
- Nutmeg

Method
Wash the Irish potato very well and grate it. Finely sieve and season the flour, rub in margarine and form a smooth dough.
